1. The Marloden Platform

Marloden is a specialized software platform that enables content creators to build verified live media kits, aggregate performance metrics across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), showcase rate cards in Nigerian Naira (₦) and global currencies, and receive structured campaign briefs from brands and agencies.

2. Account Registration & Security

To use creator features, you must create a Marloden account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, genuine, and current identity information.
• Maintain the security of your authentication credentials.
• Only claim creator handles or usernames that belong to your personal or business brand.
• Promptly notify us at hello@marloden.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Third-Party Platform Terms & API Compliance

Marloden interacts directly with third-party social networks. By connecting your accounts, you confirm compliance with their respective developer and user terms:

• YouTube API Services: Users who connect YouTube channels are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Meta Platforms & Instagram:Users agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram Community Guidelines.
• TikTok Developer API:Users agree to adhere to TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Policies.

4. Creator Content & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% ownership of your content, brand assets, and creative work. By using Marloden, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to host, display, format, and generate thumbnail previews of your public media kit and portfolio items as designated by you.

5. Rate Cards & Brand Collaborations

Marloden facilitates communication and rate transparency between creators and brands. However:

• Independence: Marloden is not an talent agency, employer, or party to commercial agreements made between creators and brands.
• Rates & Deliverables:Deliverable prices listed on rate cards reflect the creator's stated rates. Final contract terms, usage rights, payment schedules, and campaign deliverables remain strictly between the creator and the hiring brand.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any creator, brand, or entity you do not represent.
• Falsify engagement, manipulate metrics, or upload deceptive collaboration briefs.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Marloden infrastructure.
• Use the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or defamatory purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Marloden is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous 99.9% uptime and accurate real-time data synchronization, we do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party API availability. In no event shall Marloden or its founders be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the platform.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms as our product evolves. We will notify active account holders of material updates via email or dashboard notification.
